Beautiful design but a very annoying command voiceThere is this very loud female voice which barks at you each time turning on/off the speaker, or says "charging" every 10 seconds if no music is played while charging. Too bad there's no way to turn this option off otherwise this product would be close to perfect.

Terrible batteryI recently just got this speaker about a month ago and it sounds good for its size and the amount I spent on it but I’ve tried charging it for hours and it will only last about an hour on a charge so I’m very disappointed in that

Not workingThe sond is very good but It's the second time that the speaker broke. Unable to use it. Need to send it back to House of Marley again and wait for weeks to receive a replacement unit. Very disapointed of the relaiability of the product. Don't buy this...

Great sound - great featuresI love being able to take phone calls through this - great feature many other speakers don't have. The sound is fantastic, and fills up the room like a much larger speaker. I love it.

Is there a way to mute the voice prompts? They are annoying because the voice is unneeded when you are listening to music, and they are too loud.
Asked by: n057
This is a major disappointment and show stopper ... it makes it impossible to quietly start a listening session, and also to fall asleep listening to music, as it will wake you up just to report some nit event, like it is shutting down because your playlist has ended 10 minutes ago. You should really work on that.

I need to pair this device with my Dell Windows 7 laptop...I need the driver for this speaker in order to use the speaker.
Can you send me a link to a driver?
Asked by: Steve
The speaker shouldn't need any special drivers to work. If your Bluetooth drivers are up to date and you still can't pair to the speaker, we recommend contacting Microsoft or Dell's tech support.

Where can I download an owner's manual for the Reddit BT EM-JA012-NL? It's not listed as one of the available models in the "instruction manual" section.
Asked by: n2drumz
We've contacted our web team to add the manual to our website. Until it is added, you can fill out the form at https://www.thehouseofmarley.com/contacts and we'll email you a copy.

Is it possible to remove or turn off the voice? (the light indicator is enough to know whether it's on or off)
Asked by: Marie
There is no way to disable the startup/shutdown sounds, or lower the volume. We are sorry for all inconvenience this causes.

Is there a way to do a firmware update to get rid of the exceedingly annoying voice prompt? She drives me nuts with her super loud power off notice every 10 minutes I dont use the speaker! OR to just be able to disable the auto-power off would be great.
