The One Love Giveaway Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on February 1, 2024 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on February 21, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”). For a chance to win participants are required to enter a valid email address and valid phone number on which they can receive email and SMS notifications. Participants will be required to opt-in to receiving SMS notifications. One (1) winner will be randomly selected to win a Limited Edition BOB MARLEY: ONE LOVE + Stir It Up Wireless Turntable and a pair of movie tickets to Bob Marley One Love in theaters starting February 14. The prize is non-transferable, and the winner is prohibited from making any substitutions for the prize. House of Marley (“Sponsor”) has the authority to replace the prize and retains the right to grant a prize (or gift card) of equal or higher value at its exclusive discretion. Winner will be notified via email by 5:00 p.m. EST on February 22, 2024. The winner will have forty-eight (48) hours to claim their prize by responding to the email with their contact information and address. Sponsor will ship the prize to the winner upon receipt of the winner’s contact information. The prize cannot be shipped to a P.O. Box. If the potential winner: (a) does not provide the prize delivery address within forty-eight (48) hours of notification by Sponsor; (b) rejects his/her prize; or (c) if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable or in the event of noncompliance with these Terms and Conditions, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected, if possible. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. The prize is not eligible to return for a refund. The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are legal residents of the continental United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of Entry submission and eligible in accordance with these Official Rules. FKA Employees are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, municipal and local laws and regulations. All federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses, costs, or fees associated with the acceptance and/or use of any prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Participant’s email address and phone number submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used by Sponsor in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and terms of use, which may be reviewed at https://www.fkabrands.com/privacy-policy and https://www.thehouseofmarley.com/terms-of-use/. In case of a conflict between House of Marley privacy policy or terms of use and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall govern. House of Marley reserves all rights to modify these rules at any time without notice. Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions will void all valid entries.
