Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't work after two months Bought them and after two months they stoped working. They just didn't want to open anymore and if they did they didn't connect with my cellphone anymore and if they did, it would only be for 30 seconds and then the music would stop. I tried charging them for several days straight and it was hopeless. I also contacted customer service twice hopping to get help or maybe refunded because it seems like it's probably just a manufacturing defect but I never got any response from them and I just feel like it's a shame because I really liked the experience for the time they worked but I don't feel like they are worth putting money into if they stop working after such a short period of time.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I love it, but it won't last more than a year. I bought this back to 2018 for GBP 39 , but I only used for a year. Pros: -Very easy to use. -Battery life was good for me (I only use when I on my way to work and back) I Chage it once every 3days. -Qality of sound are very good, but you need put volum up when you outsid. Cons: -Colour WHITE very easy get dirty. -The wire very easy get tangle after used it half year. -Offently lost conection when you are outside or in crow (I still not sure the reall reason how this happen, most time it just stop few sencond than music will start again, but only happend when I ride my bike to work) -Short life time ( It is nothing wrong with it, only because too dirty and wire tangle the ruber part twist and I can't fix it.)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from These must be defective The music volume and volume on videos and other media is super low volume. If I am standing 5feet away from someone speak at a reasonable level u can no longer hear my music. When a phone call comes in they get louder. Tried them with several different phones and the same result. Super disappointed. I had the liberators XL and they were amazing for a year until they stopped taking a charge. These earbuds I am ready to toss in the garbage after 1 day, sad

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very happy I’ve been using these almost everyday for the past 5 months. I find the battery lasts quite long and charges well. I do wish there would be an indicator (maybe light turning blue) when fully charged so you know when you’re good to go. I also don’t live the “always on” blinking blue light. It’s annoying when using these at night. Otherwise I love them!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy I bought these roughly a month ago and after their initial charge the battery won’t hold a charge. They won’t turn on plugged in even. Terrible purchase.

They sound great, are comfortable and look fantastic BUT there is interference when the cables rub against anything. For example if I turn my head, the noise of the movement drowns out the music. Is this normal?

Asked by: johns
Update - it's not an electrical issue, it's just the noise of cable rubbing against my shirt amplified by the earbuds. it happens when the phones are off so i assume normal with this type of cable. Routing the cable between the neckband and my skin, away from my shirt helps. Probably having cables made of smooth plastic would help even further but I'll sacrifice the minor noises for how great these look. And it turns out once I'm walking, there's very little noise anyway - thanks

How do I turn my JAMAICA smile headphones off? whatever I do the blue light keeps blinking.

Asked by: UBrynL
You need to hold onto the button for 20/30 seconds then it should flash red and switch off.

Regarding light indicator. Is it supposed to flash blue when turned off? Mine does It shows red while charging.

Asked by: Harry 92
Thank you for your question. Solid red light means the unit is charging. When the unit is powered off you will see no lights unless the unit is being charged. A flashing blue light means the unit is paired to a device.

How do i pear it with phone

Asked by: Bopper
Turn on the headphones by holding the multi-function button (located between the volume buttons) for about 5 seconds. The headphones should enter pairing mode automatically when they are turned on. If they don't appear in your phone's list of available Bluetooth devices, try resetting the Bluetooth on the headphones by holding both volume buttons for about 5 seconds.
