Customer Reviews

Rise BT Wireless Headphones is rated 2.7 out of 5 by 35.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Foldable and if you run out of juice plug them in Bought 2 months ago, sale price of £24!! Such good value, bassey sound. Cool fabric and metal look. I keep them in the bag they came in so don't know how hardy they are if you just chucked them in your bag. The blue tooth connection has been flawless and they make my commute so much happier! Comfortable over ear, well padded, squash your ears slightly but I have multiple piercings and it doesn't get uncomfortable even after an hour or so. I can see people have complained about them coming apart but that's not my experience and I can't understand why they have such a low rating?! Oh yes......as the title says I love that if the battery runs out you can just plug them into your headset and they work like a regularly wired headphone. Although I have only charged them twice since I've had them so haven't experienced them running out yet!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, will not purchase again though I brought them a few months ago they work very good and last a long time but they seem to take a long time to charge, the screws do seem to get in loose but you can screw it back on however it is annoying, good purchases though

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Lasted minutes I bought these, unboxed them, powered them up, connected to my phone and they snapped almost instantly. I saved for weeks. Immensely disappointed. Didn’t last long enough to see how they sounded. I bought a $7 pair that lasted for a year. I was genuinely excited for these headphones and worked hard for the money. Complete regret.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely fragile. They will break-down Design and aesthetics are the strong points of this headphones. Sound quality is a very subjective matter, for me, this headphones have a bit too much bass, what makes them imprecisse and laking crisp treble. BT connection worked always perfect on my unit. I give one single star, because they are extremely fragile. The articulated link between the head-band and the ear pads, is not well resolved: it will break-down much before you expect, and for nothing.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Ok The music sound is good and the material feels nice on the ear but hurts after a long time but that may be the amount i used it weekly. I would like to recommend it but the quality is just not to good as the left earpiece just came off the slider thing and it wouldn't screw back in if the manufacturing was better i would recommend but unfortunately the quality just isn't that great. I hope that the manufacturing gets better because then i would my show friends.Nevertheless the battery life is good and maybe to improve the product you could mix the battery life with a more comfortable a better manufactured model.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from GOOD SOUND BUT BAD QUALITY Using them occasionally, the left earpiece is detached from the metal bracket. inside there are two little screws and I can not screw them again. The sound is great but the quality of the design is horrible. I am very upset that I have read more reviews of more people with the same problem than me. In my opinion, you should remove this model because it does not fulfill what was promised

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great idea, bad execution I received a pair of House of Marley BT Rise Headphones for christmas 2018. This morning the right earpiece detached from the metal bracket. Within the housing there are two tiny little screws which clearly do not serve their purpose properly. I am appaulled by the terrible build quality of these headphones. I do love the design (as a concept, not as a product) it looks stylish, it folds down to a nice compact size, but what does this all count for when the product as a whole is let down by the lack of quality of the build. There is part of me that believes that if I had left them out in a light breeze that they would have fallen apart. Very upset as I can see why so many people have been lured into buying something that is nowhere near as good as it is advertised to be.

Can it connect with a cable rather than wirelessly? How good is noise cancellation?

Asked by: Lakewood Lady
Yes, these headphones come with a cable for wired use. The headphones don't feature active noise cancellation though.

I own a pair of Rise BT head phones. Over time the ear pieces have continued to loosen from the metal bracket, eventually the entire ear piece came off. This should not happen and I cant put it back together.

Asked by: Jarebear
This happened to me with both the headphones I received from them. The first pair fell apart after a workout at the gym and I sent them back for a new pair. The exact thing happened with the new pair. I have yet to hear anything from the company and this almost a month ago now.

The headphones have a built in battery which cannot be changed or removed. It can be recharged with a standard Micro USB cable.

The small metal disk with 'R' on it that holds the earpiece in place and can slide up and down the arm has come off and I am unable to find it. Would it be possible to clip another one on? If so would you be able to send me one?!

how to pair Rise BT with Surface PC?

Asked by: Sassy1
You should see the headphones in your available Bluetooth devices on the laptop, unfortunately, each laptop is different, and you might need to contact the manufacture of the laptop for additional Bluetooth steps.
