Rated 1 out of 5 by from I’m Confused ? I’m confused, as I just today wrote a review paragraph only to see it NOT posted here?? Could it be because I gave the ’product only a two star, and that’s because the SAME problem happened in each of the two same items that I purchased twice! I love the headphones! You can’t ‘NOT’ put the lower rated reviews of your products so as not to allow anything else being said to hinder that oddly consistent solid and blemish free black bar at the top representing (well what do you know)...??...a perfect score for all their consumers to peruse with confidence and excitement of shopping at such a good and honest company?!?!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from smooth connection I haven't had a bluetooth music player in a while, since I used to get very frustrated with how much the music skips. So far the music has been playing beautifully. I have rather small ears but the standard size fits well nevertheless and is able to insulate the ears so there is excellent noise cancellation for an earbud. The price point is right (I can't see why one would pay twice or three times as much for a higher end pair, like Jaybirds). Plus I like their emphasis on the environment, which stands out from other electronics companies.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor life span I bought a pair of Smile in December 2017. This was my 2nd Marley product that I have ever bought. The mic stopped working after 3 months. I am very disappointed by the overall quality. The connectivity is good. Sounds quality is normal. The neck part is is tricky it can slide in to one side whilst walking or running.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cool headphones but not for bass They look cool, but the sound quality is really bad for bass very songs like trap music. They not really good for jogging as they keep falling to the side. The battery life can more or less last you the whole day if you switch them off when not in use. I like them but wish they had better bass quality.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from My Own Stops Working I don't know what the problem is but it won't turn on after I've been using for a couple of days. If you have any recommendations on how to fix this, that would be really helpful.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sounds great These have great sound, but slide from side to side. Don't stay put very well. My husband has a clip he uses to keep his in place. Not sure the soft flexible design is best.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comfortable & great sound Music sent by Bluetooth is compressed, so those expecting audiophile sound & big bass should by expensive, wired earphones. These provide great sound quality & build. There is nothing to compete at this price range if you're looking for wireless convenience. If you want great sound, comfort and a quality product that looks cool, with a capital C, these are an absolute bargain.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average The build and sound quality is OK, the battery life is awful and it doesn't even relay the battery percentage so you can't check it on your phone. Half baked and not thought through at all. The neck band is the most irritating thing on the planet and I am constantly re-adjusting it. More or a money grab than a product that has had passion and care put into the design.
