Get Together BT Portable Bluetooth Speaker is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 168.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from After short time of inactivity 'speaker shut down Purchased my first speaker and loved it. Then purchased 2 more but these came with auto shutdown. Leave the room about 10 minutes, return to find the speaker off & needs to be manually turned back to on. Via communications with Marley, auto shutdown cannot be disabled on the second two units. I write this review in hopes 2 speakers maybe returned and "old dated" to work like the first purchased speaker. "Thanks"

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great but need some advice! Is it possible to use the Bluetooth function and the aux in at the same time? At the moment I've been having to unplug the aux to use the bluetooth which is a bit of a faff!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective This Marley speaker was purchased to replace an identical product that blew a speaker. The new Marley would NOT pair wirelessly with either a Samsung or Apple phone. To its credit the company agreed to an immediate return/replacement. When working properly a Marley speaker has phenomenal sound quality. But I can't rate it higher because of problems with both units. It is also worth noting that an owner's guide is NOT included with a prchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutely recommend I bought this boombox probably 2.5 years ago and wasn’t expecting much other than a loud speaker that wouldn’t last an lemme tell ya, This thing has been through some things, every party I’ve been to in that time, been down multiple raft trips an got soaked more than once, ( mind you their not waterproof) flew off a 75 foot cliff with me In a car accident, while playing scar tissue that I wish you saw by RHCP and been ran over, dropped, used as a seat, an has multiple pinholes in the sub, rather large pinholes as you can see the gasket maker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best speaker I bought this speaker as a freshman in high school to keep around play music and have a good time expecting it to get beat up and yes it did get slighting stratched on the occasional drop, but other than that this speaker has been the most reliable speaker over 6 years. Being a sophomore in college the speaker hasn’t lost battery life or sound quality even from being in the sun, in the sand, and in the rain slightly ( not water proof by any means tho). Overall this is a great quality product and I’d assume the others are the same or better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bluetooth record player and speaker I firstly brought a record player - which wouldn’t Bluetooth with 4 different speakers. I thought maybe the record player is faulty or my speakers are too old? I brought the speaker and the record player still wouldn’t Bluetooth. So at this point - I had enough - returned record player and speaker.

I've had Marley Get Together for 2 months now and it is turning off mid music after 30-40 minutes of use, the battery is also not depleted as I can turn it back on again. Is something wrong with my battery or is it something Get Togethers generally do?

Asked by: edwardak76
I have the same problem. I think is must be the signal strength of the WiFi. It is irritating to have to turn the speaker back on repeatedly. In hope this helps. If someone has a better understanding of this, please post.

I have one, after a bit of use, it has a periodic dead spot in sound, as if someone or something cuts power for a second or two at a time every few minutes. Do I have a faulty one? It does it when on bluetooth and also when directly conne5with auxiliary

Are you on a macbook? If so, it's the fault of the computer from my experience. A phone streams without issue for me. And the macbook will stream correctly after a re-start or 2.

how do you charge the unit?

Asked by: Dusty
Bonjour Dusty, Just bought my 1st Bluetooth (the Marley GetTogetherMini). The battery was almost dead from the start (after only 1.5 hours total use). It kept on interrupting or it would turn off by itself mid-song... until I heard a msg inviting me to charge the battery. It took me a little while to figure out how to. There are 2 ways, both using the cord. The small end of it plugs into the device, the other end either plugs into your computer or the adapter (in the box) which you must 1st assemble with the proper plug (which slides into it), then plug in the wall. Hope this helps. :-)
