These headphones sound really nice and the battery made 16 hours up to me, for the first use(!!). I think that this product is overally a masterpiece and not about just one, all of the quality references are well enought of this product.

Since last month, I have not been able to use them for more than two hours in a row, without running out of battery, even if I fully charged them. I have tried charging them in different ways with no good results.

So it clearly it faulty i try to get in contact with the team on the day I have received my item and 5 days later I am still waiting on a reply. I do not like how they fit in the ears: basically they hardly fit in my ears and if I use the for sport they often fall, then the power button is not working properly and so far after 2 months it's a matter of luck to turn the device on. I'd like that they could work when in charge.

How do I turn on my headphones?

Simply press and hold the center button where the Marley insignia is ( in between the + and - buttons). You will hear a sound when it turns on (about 3 seconds).

Thank you for your question. You should see the earbuds in your available Bluetooth devices on the iPad, if you do not you might need to contact the manufacture of the iPad for additional Bluetooth steps. Tp turn the earbuds on, press and hold the power button for approximately 4 seconds.

They could upgrade the stability if they put a clip on the battery to connect to a shirt personally I wouldn’t recommend these for being active until they can do something like that.

how do i know how many percent left in the battery

Thank you for your question. If the battery is low on the headphones, you might see a blinking red light. When the battery is full, the red light will automatically turn off when its plugged in and charging. Some mobile devices have the capability to see the battery left on the headphones they are connected to, but you would have to contact them for that information.

I bought Uplift 2s and have used them 3 times.  They won’t charge.  When plugged in the red light appears but then it turns off.  They won’t power on after an hour on the charger.  I am using the right charging equipment.  Bought at airport Brookstone.
