Rated 2 out of 5 by from Dissappointed It's really too bad. I like the sound. The blue tooth is ridiculously easy to pair up. Made with heavy duty materials........until the left earpiece became detached from the headpiece. It just came off and will not re-attach. I tried to get a replacement from where I bought them but I was told that I needed to deal with House of Marley directly. Trying to contact them by phone is a nightmare but after an hour or so I did speak with a rep. They wanted me to send them the headphones back to them......prepaid by me. I pushed back and they agreed to pay for the shipping. All I had to do was send them an email with the receipt in an attachment. Fair enough email sent. Two weeks later, still no reply. In the meantime the right side earpiece has detached in the same manner. I resent the email asking why I hadn't heard from them and also sent them a picture showing that the other earpiece is now defective as well. I sent a copy of these emails to their website as well. Finally a response comes through offering to send the UPS labels to me. I agree but with the caveat that I would now prefer a refund since I have lost confidence that a replacement would not fail within a few months as the originals did. When one side broke I think to myself, bad luck. When both sides fail I think we have a design flaw. Combine that with poor customer service and you have a perfect storm of " I think I will buy my next product elsewhere ". We shall see whether House of Marley is willing to back up it's product. I hope so since I also bought their Get Together Mini bluetooth speakers. I liked them so much I bought the Rise BT headphones a few months later.

Can it connect with a cable rather than wirelessly? How good is noise cancellation?

Yes, these headphones come with a cable for wired use. The headphones don't feature active noise cancellation though.

What kind of battery does this use ?

The headphones have a built in battery which cannot be changed or removed. It can be recharged with a standard Micro USB cable.

The small metal disk with 'R' on it that holds the earpiece in place and can slide up and down the arm has come off and I am unable to find it. Would it be possible to clip another one on? If so would you be able to send me one?!

How can you see how much battery is one the headphones

Unfortunately, these headphones don't have a feature to show remaining battery. There may be an app which can show battery on attached Bluetooth devices though.
