Rated 1 out of 5 by from Beyond disappointing I bought these several months ago to use on my daily commute. I’ve had major issues since day one. They drop the audio when in the presence of busses utilising real time tracking tech for journey times. I literally can’t use them in the city centre because every time a bus gets close the audio drops. So I resigned myself to wearing them at home for podcasts and the like. 2 weeks ago they stopped holding a charge. I’ve tried several different charger cables now and it still won’t work. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone at all.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fit so comfortable? Yes, this is a great fitting set of headphones, the angle even allows sunglasses at night and/or in the day. This was my first time getting the "lower end" headphones and they are 10 out of 10 at this price point, you won't find better.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Impressed I was very impressed with how quickly it paired with my iPad... and it is old! With my iPhone 8 it took a little longer but that might actually be operator issues, not the headphones! Even my very old Mac computer paired with it easily! The recycled materials is great, but why is there a hulking big piece of formed plastic inside the box holding the headphones in place... could have easily made the form out of recycled cardboard material? Also, it would be awesomely awesome if the headphones recognized which of the three devices had the current audio feed and switched seamlessly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great quality I bought these a few days ago and I love them. No one can hear my music and I can hear no one. The controls are simple and the headphones are lightweight. I love the option for wireless. There is one small problem with these headphones. When you change songs it skips the first one/two seconds of the song. I find this super annoying and have no way to fix it. If I change the song on my device it doesn't do it, it only happens with the headphones.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad quality The quality of Marley products is much lower than Sony and other manufacturers. It happened with me: I bought a Marley Bluetoth headphone in Mexico (It cost me 59 dollars!!!) And when I was using during the work, it broke the main structure, that is, the material that is made is of very poor quality. I came in contact with the support of Chile and they gave me two options: 1-They proposed that they could fix the headphone, WITHOUT GUARANTEEING THAT IT WAS GOING TO BE 100% FIX, AND THAT WOULD COST A VALUE OF 30 dollars (!!!!!!!! ) With that value I would buy a new one better than the ones I had. 2- Try to speak with the support of Mexico, and they can not help with anything. I felt a lot of anger with that, because one invests money in a product that thinks it will be good and the product breaks where I never thought it could be broken. The quality of this headphones its very disappointing. Look for comments on the company's website and it does not happen only with me, with other people the same thing has happened.

Do these headphones require a firmware update, they are beginning to get very staticy and there’s lag when it’s on bluetooth

from what I can tell no you don't need to cause mine work perfectly fine only issues I have had is that sometimes it doesn't want to connect properly for some reason but that ended a while ago so just go to best buy to check if you got a defective one krelord

Headphones have stopped charging, so I can no longer use them in BT mode. charger and cable are both working, as I can plug in other devices that show they are charging. The headphones, however, have not charged when turned off and plugged in overnight.

No doubt you read the comments that people send in, so I ask you: WHY do you insist on making the instructions so hard to read when so many people complain about them? It is such a simple thing to fix! At least put them ONLINE!

I bought a pair of these Marley Rebel BT 1 year ago and they just stopped connecting to my ipad. What can I do? Normally when I go to turn them on there is one beep, Now there are 2 and it is not connecting. What does that mean.
