How do I perform a reset and clear the pairing list?

1. Turn the earbuds off by holding down the button on the left and right earbud for 4 seconds.

What do I do when only one earbud is working?

1. Take a microfiber cloth (or similar product) and thoroughly clean any build up around the earbuds.
  - If the issue persists after doing this, proceed to Step 2.
2. Go into your device Bluetooth settings and remove your Champion earbuds from the pairing list
  - For specific instructions on how to do this, look at the product guide for your device.
3. Reset your Champion earbuds.
4. Open your device Bluetooth settings once more and look for Champion.
5. Select the Champion and wait until you see a notification that it’s connected to your device.

How do I fix problems with pairing the product through Bluetooth?

1. Go into your device Bluetooth settings and remove your Champion earbuds from the pairing list.
  - For specific instructions on how to do this, look at the product guide for your device.
2. Reset your Champion earbuds.
3. Open your device Bluetooth settings once more and look for Champion.
4. Select the Champion and wait until you see a notification that it’s connected to your device.

What do I do when the mic is not working?

1. Take a microfiber cloth (or similar product) and thoroughly clean any build up around the microphone holes on the device.
  - If the issue persists after doing this, proceed to Step 2.
2. Pair your Champion earbuds with a different device.
3. Once paired, evaluate the microphone once more.
4. If the microphone is working on another device, then you need to review the audio settings of the device you were having trouble with to ensure it is set up to receive audio through your Champion’s microphone.

How do I fix a product that is not charging?

- Take a microfiber cloth (or similar product) and thoroughly clean any build up around the earbuds and the pins on the charging case.
  - If the issue persists after doing this, proceed to Step 2.
- Check your charging cable to ensure it is compatible with your product and that you are using a high-quality 5-volt USB charger
- Charge the product overnight (or 7-8 hours) and check to see if the device is charged after.

How do I maintain the battery health of my earbuds?

- Use a high-quality 5-volt USB charger. Avoid using chargers more powerful than this consistently.
- Avoid leaving your product connected to the charger for long periods of time. It’s best to remove the product from the charger once fully charged.

Can I use a single earbud on its own?

- Yes. Whilst paired, if you pop one earbud back into the case the other will continue to work on its own. Then when you take the other earbud out it will automatically pair again and you will have 2 again.

How do you use the touch controls?

- Music playback
  - Double tap either earbud to play/pause audio
  - Double tap the left earbud to play the previous track
  - Double tap the right earbud to play the next track

- Siri/Google Assistant
  - Triple tap any earbud to active your voice assistant

- Phone controls
  - Tap any earbud to answer an incoming call
  - Double tap any earbud to end a call

How long will it take to fully charge the case and the earbuds?

Charging Case:

- On average, it will take 2 hours to fully charge the case using the supplied USB-A to USB-C cable.

Earbuds:

- On average, it will take 2 hours to fully charge the earbuds inside the case.
- Quick charge the earbuds for 15 minutes inside the case to get up to 2 hours of listening.

How long will the battery last when fully charged?

- Champion provides 8 hours of playtime and an additional 3 charges from the charging case for 28 hours of listening.

What is the quick charge feature?

- The quick charge feature allows you to get back to listening faster. For example, you will get up to 2 hours of playtime after just 15 minutes of charging.

How do I power on/off the earbuds without the charging case?

- To power on the earbuds without the case, press and hold down the button on the left and right earbud for 4 seconds.
- To power off the earbuds, press and hold down the button on the left and right earbud for 4 seconds. The LED will flash red, indicating power off.

What is included in the packaging for Champion?

- The box includes 1 pair of Champion earbuds, 1 charging case, 2 sets of ear tips (S, L), 1 braided USB-C charging cable, a quick start guide, a warranty booklet, a welcome card, and a House of Marley sticker.

How do I get a good fit with these earbuds?

1. We suggest that you first try on each size of the ear tips included in the box to find the right fit for you.
2. Then make sure that you place the earbud marked L in your left ear, and the earbud marked R in your right ear.
3. You can gently pull your earlobe down and place the earbud inside your ear, which should help it enter a bit further into the canal for a secure fit. You will achieve a good fit when there is a seal inside the ear, so the earbuds will not fall out easily.
  - Note: You may have to use a different size ear tip for each ear.

How do I pair Champion to my device?

1. Open the Case and remove the earbuds and paper film from the bottom.
2. Place Earbuds in Case.
3. Earbuds will turn on and the LEDs will flash red

How do I pair Champion to a different device?

1. Press the button 4 times.
2. The earbuds will unpair and then be ready to pair to another device.
3. Go to your device’s Bluetooth® pairing menu and select “Champion”. Your device will now be connected to the earbuds.

How do I check the battery level of the case?

- Tap the case to check the battery level. The LEDs on the case will indicate the charging status.
- Charging the case via cable will also show the current charge level.

How do you know the earbuds are charging in the case?

1. When you place the buds in the case, ensure the LEDs turn red. This indicates good contact with the metal pins in the case.
2. Secondly, if the case is closed with the earbuds inside, double tap the case and the left and right LED will be lit if the buds are in contact.
  - If the left LED is not lit, it means there is not good contact on the left bud. And the same if the right LED is not lit.
  - If this happens open the case and re-place the earbuds inside the case ensuring the LED on the bud turns red. You may need to wipe the contact points on the bud and the case to ensure there is nothing stopping this connection.

What are the recyclable pieces of Champion?

- Every piece of the Champion can be recycled at an e-waste recycling facility.

How do I recycle my product?

- House of Marley believes in respect for the earth, which is why we develop products with upcycled materials. Please contact your local e-waste recycling center for drop-off instructions. Unfortunately, due to the complex assembly of the earbuds, they cannot be placed in a standard recycle receptacle.
