Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very poor sound I bought a pair these to replace some Positve Vibration 2.0s that had been stolen, these headphones are so much more expensive and the sound quality is awful. Leakage of sound is bad and listening to music at full volume is the equivalent of mid volume on other head sets. There also seems to be no effort of any sound cancelling (I couldn't hear my music whilst sat on a plane). Very disappointing.

But the thing is that I used a samsung charger to try and use the headphones and it doesn't turn on even after hours of charging. That's it

I'm a big Bob Marley fan and I very much appreciate the eco-friendly properties of the product. The wood grain is really nice: I constantly get compliments about them. This product hasn't given me any problems and I continue to use them on a daily basis.

If anyone knows how to fix this problem please tell me I dont want to use the chord all the time.

The first is their turntable, which just shines, and now these. I have this idea that Marley have taken all the learning and know how of hi fi technology over the past 60 or so years and turned it into simple and affordable products that get the sound right These sound detailed and open. They have a resonance that I love, and I often prefer these to my more expensive shure earbuds.

Is there a way to know how much charge is in the battery?

The Buffalo Soldier Wireless headphones will not show the battery automatically. To check how much battery is left you will need to a separate app which can show battery of attached Bluetooth devices.

Are these headphones vegan friendly?

Some of our older headphones (Destiny TTR and Legend ANC) were made with leather. All of our current headphone models are not made with leather or other animal byproducts.

Why does the Bluetooth have intermittent drops after playing a video for over 15 minutes? I just bought these today and they won't stay connected over Bluetooth.

What does the red light by the power button mean when it’s plugged in?

The solid red LED indicates that the unit is charging. It should turn back off again once the battery is full.

What colour does the little colour bar go when it is fully charged or does it just stay red?

Thank you for your question. The red light will just shut off to indicate it is fully charged. There won't be another light to indicate that its fully charged.
