Rohan Marley

Rohan Marley

Rohan Marley was born in Jamaica in 1972 and is the son of Bob Marley. In 1991, Rohan moved to the United States to study sociology at the University of Miami and became a linebacker for the school’s football team. He eventually played the sport professionally in the Canadian Football League.

Although his athletic career was progressing, Rohan had a dream to follow his family’s roots in farming. In 1999, he bought 52 acres of land on Jamaica’s Blue Mountains. In 2007, Rohan started the Marley Coffee brand, growing organic coffee on his sustainable farm that uses Fair Trade practices. Following his father’s example as a visionary who embraced the core values of peace and a respect for the planet, Rohan combines his passion and knowledge to create lasting businesses.

Eden Marley

Eden Marley

Born in 1994, Eden Marley is a philanthropist and entrepreneur. She is the granddaughter of Bob Marley and is also the founder of the Garden of Eden Foundation. She moved with her family to Florida as a child, and in 2010, in the middle of her sophomore year in high school, Eden started an emergency drive after the massive earthquake in Haiti. Eden had spent some of her earliest year’s living in the island country.

In 2015, Eden graduated Cum Laude from St. John’s University, obtaining a B.S. in criminal justice. The following year she started the Garden of Eden Foundation. As a women’s activist, she established the non-profit with the mission to empower women and youth in under-served communities by cultivating self-esteem and self-worth through the arts, education and sustainable community development projects.

Selah Marley

Selah Marley

Selah Marley was born in 1998 and is an aspiring model and singer. She is the daughter of Rohan Marley and Lauryn Hill, and the granddaughter of Bob Marley. In 2016, Selah signed with Next Model Management and she has appeared in the pages of Vogue, Vanity Fair and Harper’s Bazaar. She also appeared in Calvin Klein’s autumn 2016 advertising campaign alongside Kate Moss, Margot Robbie and Grace Coddington. In 2017, she was cast in Kanye West’s Yeezy spring runway presentation and Beyoncé’s Ivy Park apparel campaign.

Nico Marley

Nico Marley

Nico Marley was born in 1995 in Haiti and lived in Jamaica for two years before moving to Florida. He is the son of Rohan Marley and Geraldine Khawley, and the grandson of Bob Marley. Nico received a B.S. from Tulane University, where he played football and was named first team all-conference as a junior and senior. He recently signed a contract with the NFL’s Washington Redskins as an inside linebacker.

Skip Marley

Skip Marley

Skip Marley is the son of Cedella Marley and the grandson of Bob Marley. He was born in Kingston, Jamaica, in 1996, but grew up in Miami, Florida. With the influence of his Grammy-winning uncles Ziggy, Stephen and Damian, he has embarked on his own music career and signed with Island Records. He released his debut single, “Lions,” in early 2017. He is featured on Katy Perry’s “Chained to the Rhythm” single and performed the song with the singer at the 59th Grammy Awards.
