Dope headphones! I always break mine but with the string chord these have lasted my the longest, and they were super cheap, not to mention the great sound quality! And there's the added bonus of them havin the Marley name... :) Reccomendation: Buy Em!

Overall dynamic sound range is excellent. Not bass heavy, has full mid range and natural highs.

I used to just use apple headphones, which aren't that great, fall out of my ears and aren't very comfortable. But when I got these the sound was sent from the 2d flat sort of sound that average headphones spew out plainly into my ear to a far more crisp, well defined musical experience. Suddenly I started noticing things I'd never heard in music I've been listening to forever. Plus the music sort of sounds more like it's around me, if that makes sense. Play by play, the bass on these are pronounced and fantastic, which I like as a bassist and a fan of very bass-driven music. Fortunately the bass does not drown out the rest of the music, though the mids do suffer a bit, but are still good the highs are great. As far as comfort goes, the aluminum is a bit abrasive if you're wobbling them in, but it's really not a big deal, once they're in they feel great and really cancel outside sound well which just lets you IMMERSE yourself in the music.
In a nutshell, they're well built, sound fantastic, and they're very well priced.

I just purchased these earphones for my boyfriend's Christmas present, and tested them out to make sure they were good. Since he's played the drums for so many years and is the biggest music snob I know, buying earphones for him is a hard thing to do. By far, the midnight ravers are the BEST earphones I've ever heard. From Muse to Dubstep to Keane to Foo Fighters and more, every single note came through crisp and clear! Only one song (Super Massive Black Hole by Muse) I thought was a little weak on the vocals, but the song has heavy bass and with a slight tweak in my Itunes for the song, it came out perfect. At a 28% volume rate, I couldn't hear anything outside of the earphones. If you're thinking of buying these, do it! You'll be pleasantly surprised to find that these headphones have better sound/comfort than my sister's IE2 Bose earphones which are $90. House of Marley really knows what they're doing.

Just bought the Midnight Ravers at Best Buy after having high dollar altec lansing ear buds for several years, and I have to say that I am very impressed. The quality of sound and materials is very nice. Bass is nice and rich for all types of music and is very comparable to other $100 ear buds out there for sale.

The house of Marley in ears are rad. I compared them to my Bose in ears and I'm getting the same sound quality. against skull candies, house of Marley blows them out of water.
all of them have the rasta rope and they all have the natural look to them.
the volume control on the rope is nice, allowing you to change the song, pause it, and go back depending on how many times you hit the little button.
The midnight raver come with an 8 mm driver with a magnet to amplify the sound, a gold connecter for high quality sound, and they are made from recyclable aluminum.
Over all pretty sweet

Just got the "sun" version, what I didnt realize from the picture was that the body of the earphone is actually wood. Super cool. I'm listening to Stephen Marley on them right now, this sound is better than my friends "Beats" headphones hahahah and 1/2 the price, and wayyy cooler (: buy these!
