The House of Marley hit the Philippines with a bang as the brand has officially landed its comfortable earbuds, noise reducing headphones, and portable audio systems in the Pearl of the Orient Seas. Launching the brand with a celebration at Prive Luxury Club in Global City, Taguig, the event invited media, fashion designers and celebrities to see just what’s in store for Marley headphones in the Philippines.
The landing of Marley headphones in the Philippines marks another momentous moment for the brand’s noise reducing headphones and portable audio systems, as it is the company’s second venture into the Asian market. After a successful start in Hong Kong, The House of Marley signed a deal with JERM Marketing, Inc. that will see comfortable earbuds like Smile Jamaica and on-ear headphones like Positive Vibrations distributed to retailers such as S&R, Anson’s Appliance, Powerbooks, National Book Store and Duty Free.
“I was inspired by the principles of the brand which follows the principles of Bob Marley,” JERM President Michael Dy Pico said of his decision to distribute The House of Marley. By having Marley headphones in the Philippines, it offers Filipinos the chance to buy products that are sustainable, made from earth-friendly materials, and observe to Bob Marley’s ideologies.
Whether it’s the FSC certified beech wood that forms the body of our most comfortable earbuds, People Get Ready or the orange-spiraled cord of the Positive Vibration on-ear headphones, The House of Marley is happy to bring a durable and stylish product to this country of islands. We’re extremely excited to have Marley headphones in the Philippines and hope that our products bring sunshine, a sense of prosperity and One Love to all Filipinos.
